What are my shipping options?
We offer free economy shipping to anywhere in North America for orders over $150. We typically use Fedex for shipping within the USA, and Canada Post within Canada. International shipping may vary depending on your country. Rates for international shipping are calculated at checkout.
When will my order be shipped?
While we strive to fulfill and ship your order within 72 business hours, during periods of high order volume there may be delays in processing your order. Thank you for your patience and for supporting a small Canadian business with an even smaller team. We guarantee each item will arrive brand new and completely intact in clean and professional packaging for every order no matter the order volume.
How can I change my shipping & billing address?
Unfortunately, after an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed by the customer. If you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us ridefastcrew01@gmail.com, we will do our very BEST to see if it can be adjusted. Even if you reach out immediately after placing the order, there is no guarantee that it can be changed. USPS fees are charged for intercepting packages and the responsibility of the customer.
