Ride Fast Crew Young Guns Video Competition

Overview

The Ride Fast Crew Young Guns Competition is a snowmobile video contest built to highlight the next generation of riders, creators, editors, and storytellers. This is your chance to showcase your best riding and filming work and get featured through Ride Fast Crew.

Eligibility

  • Entrants must be 14–30 years old at the time of submission.

  • Open to creators from any country where snowmobiling is possible and legal.

  • Individual submissions are preferred, but team collaborations are allowed (one primary submitter must be listed).

Video Requirements

  • Videos must be 2–5 minutes in length.

  • Must be formatted in YouTube-style 16:9 landscape format.

  • Minimum quality requirement: 1080p HD resolution.

  • Content must be primarily snowmobile-related.

  • Any camera type may be used (GoPro, drone, phone, DSLR, etc.).

Bonus (Highly Encouraged)

  • Using multiple angles, perspectives, and filming styles is a big advantage.

  • Including lifestyle footage such as your truck, shop time, riding prep, travel, or behind-the-scenes hype is strongly encouraged.

  • We always look for that full lifestyle feel, not just riding clips.

Submission Deadline

All entries must be received by:

July 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time)

No late submissions will be accepted.

Judging Process & Final Round

After the submission deadline, Ride Fast Crew will review all entries.

  • Initial judging will take approximately 1–2 weeks.

  • Entries will be narrowed down to a finalist group based on creativity, quality, storytelling, and overall impact.

  • If there are more than 50 submissions, the competition may be narrowed further (example: Top 10 finalists).

Final Round Format

Finalist videos will be uploaded to the Ride Fast Crew YouTube channel.

Once uploaded, the competition moves into a public engagement phase where it becomes fully up to the creators to promote their videos.

30-Day Promotion Period (Very Important)

Once finalist videos are posted, there will be a 30-day public voting period.

During this time, it is 100% on each creator to push their video and build engagement.

This is where winners are made.

How to Promote (Examples & Expectations)

We strongly encourage ALL finalists to go all-in during this stage:

  • Post your video on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

  • Share direct YouTube links in Facebook groups and snowmobile communities

  • Send your video to friends, family, and riding groups

  • Post behind-the-scenes clips or teaser edits

  • Add your link to your bio or pinned posts

  • Repost reminders and highlight key moments from your video

  • Ask your crew, shop, and community to support your entry

Example post:

“Dropped my Young Guns submission for Ride Fast Crew — would mean a lot if you checked it out 🔥 link in bio”

Another example:

“This is my official entry for Young Guns — go run it up and show some support 🤝”

Winner Selection

The winner will be determined by overall engagement during the 30-day voting period, including:

  • Views

  • Likes

  • Comments

  • Overall audience interaction

The video with the highest total engagement at the end of the 30 days will be crowned the Ride Fast Crew Young Guns Winner.

Ride Fast Crew reserves the right to monitor and disqualify any artificial engagement (bots, spam, or manipulation).

Prizes

This year is a little different.

Last year we worked with a lot of sponsors, but this year we’re keeping it more direct and self-funded. We didn’t reach out early enough for sponsorships, but we are still open to it — if anyone wants to support or sweeten the prize pool, we are absolutely open.

This is still growing, and support is always welcome.
